Work That Bod: PUSH

My sister-in-law is a personal trainer and she recently gave me and hubby this workout. It is AWESOME!! Kicks my butt. She calls this "push" because of the muscles that it focuses on. We do this workout every other day. In between we do "pull" which focuses on a whole different muscle group. Stay tune for that workout, I will post it soon. In the meantime enjoy this beast.
