My Life: Get skinny, feel great!

Me and husband have been on the Paleo diet, or "lifestyle" (as I like to call it) for 3 months now. We are loving how much better we feel. You NEVER feel bloated, let me repeat that NEVER. For me I think this might be my favorite reason for eating Paleo. Along with that awesomeness we have had more energy and have lost weight.
Before I started this lifestyle change it was extremely daunting. No grains?!?! How was I suppose to survive without my daily wheat toast? Well folks, it really isn't that hard. Believe me, if I can do it you surely can.
Just to give you a better idea of the weight loss end of things, I lost 7 lbs (which I didn't have much to lose, I have actually been gaining so much muscle and still keeping off the 7 lbs I lost). Husband has lost close to 25 lbs and so many inches that all his belts don't even fit on the smallest notch now.
We have one cheat day a week that we reward ourselves for our good hard work. On this day we eat what we want, sugar, bread, you name it! If you decide to change over to this lifestyle I definitely recommend a cheat day, it keeps you sane people!
